The C Dan Joyner Property Management Homeowner and Board App offers a mobile-optimized interface for engaging with your community association. It facilitates payments, account management, and access to community information within a single platform.

Existing users with login credentials for the association website can authenticate using the same email and password. New users without current login information can register by clicking the register button and submitting their details. Upon registration approval, an email will be sent with a link to set a password, enabling direct access to the app.

If a user has forgotten their password, they can select the "Forgot Password" link, enter their email address to request a reset, and receive an email with a link to create a new password. Afterward, they can log in using their email and the new password.

Once authenticated, homeowners can benefit from the following features:

• Homeowner dashboard
• Access to association documents and directories
• View association photos
• Contact Us page
• Make assessment payments
• Review violations, add comments, and upload photos directly from a mobile device
• Submit Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with attachments and images captured on mobile devices
• Access homeowner ledger details
• Create and monitor work orders, including adding comments and uploading photographs from a mobile device
